E-Learning Animation

Overview

Your team already has the training material. Slide decks, policy documents, a two-hour recorded webinar nobody finished. The problem isn't that the content doesn't exist. The problem is that people click through it, pass the quiz, and forget it by the time it actually matters, the day they face the situation the training was supposed to prepare them for.

E-learning animation fixes the part that's broken: retention. We turn required training into modules people actually watch to the end and remember afterward. Compliance, onboarding, internal upskilling, the topics where engagement usually loses to obligation. Across our library, content like this holds an 85% average watch rate. That number is the whole point.

The measure that matters: not "did they complete it" but "do they remember it three weeks later when it counts." That's what we design for.

Target — Who It's For

Built for the people responsible for whether a workforce actually understands what it's been trained on:

  • Compliance Officers rolling out anti-corruption, anti-harassment, GDPR, or industry-specific training that has to be legally adequate and actually watched. Both, not one.

  • L&D teams deploying onboarding across regions, languages, or hundreds of new hires a year, who need consistency without re-recording everything each time.

  • HR leaders measured on retention and behavior change, not just course-completion checkboxes.

  • Operations and safety teams in regulated environments where a misunderstood procedure has real consequences.

If completion rate matters as much as content accuracy, and in compliance it always does, this is the format.

What's Included

Each module is a full instructional production, not just an animated slide deck:

  • Script and instructional design review — content structured for how adults learn and retain, not just how it reads on a page.

  • Custom illustration and character design — relatable scenarios, consistent visual language, your brand throughout.

  • Scenario-based storytelling — learners see the principle applied to a real situation, which is what makes it stick.

  • Full 2D animation — designed to carry a longer runtime without losing attention.

  • LMS-ready exports — chapter markers, correct formats, tested for your platform.

  • Branded style guide — so future modules stay visually consistent with this one.

  • Unlimited internal usage rights.

Available on request: multi-language voiceover, quiz and interaction design, and SCORM packaging.

Discovery & Research

We read the source material as carefully as your legal team did, because in compliance, the details are the point. A fact that gets softened, a term that gets simplified, a regulatory phrase that gets lost in translation to animation, any of those can turn a training asset into a liability.

So we work with your subject-matter experts to separate what must be preserved exactly from what can be simplified for clarity. Then we build a structure that meets the regulator's standard and the learner's attention span at the same time. That tension, accuracy versus engagement, is the entire craft of e-learning. We don't resolve it by sacrificing one for the other.

What we need from you: the source content, access to one subject-matter expert for review, and your LMS specs. We handle the rest and bring you checkpoints, not homework.

Our Approach

E-learning is not an explainer video with a longer runtime. The structure is fundamentally different: scenarios instead of slides, decisions instead of delivery, retention instead of runtime. An explainer convinces. A learning module changes what someone does later.

So we design for the moment three weeks after completion, when an employee hits a real situation and has to remember the principle. Everything, the pacing, the scenarios, the visual mnemonics, is built to survive that gap. An 85% average watch rate isn't the goal in itself. It's the evidence that the content is good enough that people don't tune out before the part that matters.

We work alongside your subject matter experts to translate dense material into structured, digestible micro-segments. Storyboards are validated before animation starts. Modules are built for scale: multilingual, brand-consistent, and easy to update as your content evolves.
